At last I feel I am getting somewhere. Two paintings finished and a new one on the easel. It's very disheartening working in a studio with no paintings on the walls, it imposes a pressure that is hard to shake off. But this is a start and it will get better with every painting I finish.

ReplyDeleteI'm so glad you've seen the connection between your dining room and the studio, which looks superb in the photos. Can't wait to see it in the flesh. I'm flying over at the end of next week, so maybe we can do lunch chez Madame Fromage one day.

Jan - that's a splendid idea. I'm still in London but coming back to Cardiff at the beginning of next week. Look forward to showing you around the studio and hearing about France in the snow! Mary
